Welcome to the Skin Fit Kit by me, Alanna Kennedy. To celebrate the 2023 Women’s World Cup, where I’ll have the honour of representing Australia, I’ve partnered with Australian made, owned, and loved O COSMEDICS to bring you four of my favourite products.
Designed to kick three goals, the kits are: perfect for all skin types, a collection of essential skincare products, and an example of how achieving healthy, radiant skin doesn’t need to be complicated.
Each Skin Fit Kit includes:
- Gentle Antioxidant Cleanser: O’s best-selling cleanser and my daily go-to! Apply once to remove makeup and grime and a second time to deep cleanse for super hydrated and refreshed skin.
- Exfoliating Cleanser: Use 2-3 times a week, after cleansing, for radiant, glowing skin… I use it 4 times because my skin loves it!
- O-Biome Hydrating & Setting Spray: My favourite O product! This award-winning liquid hydrator can be used several times throughout the day to set makeup and top-up hydration.
- Mineral Pro SPF 50: One of my favourite things about home is the sunshine, but never without my Mineral Pro. Apply rain, hail, or shine (no excuses!) to protect your skin from UVA & UVB rays.

How to use
Gentle Antioxidant Cleanser: Use as a daily cleanser on face, eyes, and décolletage. For best results splash face with warm water, apply a small amount of cleanser to fingertips and massage into a lather on the skin. Remove with warm water.
Exfoliating Cleanser: Splash face with warm water, apply a small amount to fingertips and massage onto skin in small circular motions. Remove with a warm face washer or in the shower to ensure all beads are thoroughly removed.
O-Biome Hydrating & Setting Spray: Spray during the day and while travelling as often as required. To set your makeup, spray after application, wait 10 seconds and then spray again. To protect your skin’s microbiome, spray a fine mist immediately after cleansing. Apply serum(s), hydrator and SPF then spray again.
Mineral Pro SPF 50: Apply liberally at least 5 g (one teaspoon) for each limb, front and back of the body and half that for the face, neck and ears 20 minutes before sun exposure.
